Biopolymer Database - Second Generation Now Published

The Biopolymer Database, managed by Fachhochschule Hannover and M-Base, has now been released in a new version. So far the system offered data about biopolymers, which was collected from the material suppliers directly. This data was rather incomplete and, due to the use of different standards, the data was not comparable.

Professor Endres and his team at Fachhochschule Hannover have collected materials from the market and performed comprehensive and comparable material tests. The results have now been published in our biopolymer database. Now the system allows direct comparison of grades and searches over all suppliers.
